Lüneburg, september 2022 | We, EUROPLANT Pflanzenzucht GmH, have been breeding and distributing modern and innovative potato varieties for every purpose and all climatic zones for 30 years.

In celebration of our anniversary, we thought of something special and created a potato beer together with the DAS FREIE estate brewery. We used our varietyRUMBA, a medium-early processing variety for flakes. The result is a strong, golden-yellow lager with a balanced, malty-earthy character that develops a slightly herbaceous bitterness as it is consumed. See the brewing process here.
